We’ll ship your order to you wherever you are in the Europe. Better yet, we guarantee that our engines and gearboxes reach you in perfect condition, and will offer you a discount on your next order if they don’t

We stand behind the quality of our used engines, and that's why we offer a warranty for 10 months. This warranty is our assurance to you that we are confident in the quality of our engines. If you experience any issues with your engine during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you if everything will be done by our warranty terms

To ensure customer satisfaction, the company prioritizes providing excellent customer service. Their sales team is knowledgeable and helpful, assisting customers in finding the right engine for their vehicle and answering any questions they may have. The company also provides ongoing support after the sale, offering advice and assistance to customers who may need help with their engine installation or maintenance

Installation responsibility

We would like to remind you of our warranty terms in case you need to make a claim under our warranty period. As mentioned previously, all our engines come with a warranty period of 10 months

In the event that you need to make a warranty claim, we will require evidence that the engine was installed according to our requirements. To ensure that your claim is processed quickly and efficiently, we request that you provide us with an invoice from a certified workshop as valid evidence

The invoice should clearly show the date of installation, the name and address of the workshop or mechanic, and the details of the work performed those data need. This evidence will help us verify that the used engine was installed according to our requirements, and we can proceed with processing your warranty claim

We would like to remind you that it is important to follow our warranty terms, including proper installation, regular maintenance, and proper use, to ensure the longevity and performance of our engines. Failure to do so may void the warranty, and we may not be able to process your claim
